Welcome to the official Web site of the office of the Reporter of Decisions of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the Appeals Court.

Since 1804 the Reporter's office has prepared the opinions of the Supreme Judicial Court, the oldest court in continuous existence in the Western Hemisphere. The Appeals Court was established in 1972 and since then the Reporter's office has published the Massachusetts Appeals Court Reports.
